Currently, many people who track goods they have ordered online to Switzerland see the shipment status "Your item is being retained/held in Customs".
Contrary to widespread fears, this does not usually mean your package has been seized, it means that it is currently in the postal customs clearance process. This process is carried out by Swiss Post or a courier company, not by Customs. We can therefore not give you any information about the status of your shipment.
