In the case of postal and courier traffic, the transporter, e.g. DHL, UPS or Swiss Post, takes care of customs clearance. Consequently, only the transporter can provide assistance with a search for your consignment. Get the full parcel/consignment number from the sender, the transporter or the courier, and then contact the relevant transporter.
