By decision of 25 October 2023, the Federal Council has decided to introduce ACCUTRACETM PLUS (butoxybenzene) as a new marker for the fiscal marking of extra light heating oil.
The current Solvent Yellow 124 marker will continue to be authorised in Switzerland. This will ensure that compulsory stocks of extra light heating oil stored in Switzerland will always be considered to be correctly marked.
The regulations concerning colouring substances remain unchanged.
